We will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in unopened and original packaging.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. All returns/exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our return address. The Wellness Club will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.
Do note that you may incur an additional shipping fee to mail your exchange items to you.
